Developing our business in different markets allows us to add a space for a motivated Account Manager - Europe. Role Overview: We are seeking a contractor to support our Account Management team. This role is project-based or ongoing, depending on performance and business needs. Scope of Work: * Communicate with customers in the post-sale process. * Upsell and promote new products. * Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory. * Promote existing product by improving positioning. * Ensure that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way. * Develop and maintaining long term relationship with customers.



* Work closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration. * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
