About the Role
Operations at Revolut is all about solving complex challenges at scale. Our team designs and improves systems that drive efficiency, support general expansion, and help the business grow faster.
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to play a key role in shaping how Revolut continues to scale worldwide. You'll work on high-impact initiatives across the business,
using data and strategic thinking to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut's continued hyper-growth.
- Lead and deliver key infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
- Identify and prioritise strategic initiatives, creating clear timelines to achieve business goals quickly.
- Explore and develop new features that improve the customer experience.
- Manage critical vendor relationships and implement performance tracking systems.
- Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements.
What You'll Need
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects from start to fin
