We are looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineers (Level 2) to support a new Distribution Center project in Banyeres, Spain, followed by ongoing onsite support.
We are hiring:
- 1 Primary Desktop Support Engineer
- 2 Backfill Desktop Support Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite Level 2 desktop support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and replace IT equipment.
- Support end users during the Distribution Center rollout.
- Perform regular maintenance and incident resolution.
- Coordinate with remote technical teams.
- Maintain documentation and service reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Desktop Support experience.
- Native/Local Spanish language (C1 or above).
- English (B2 or above).
- Valid work authorization for Spain.
- Preferably living within 50 km of Barcelona/Banyeres.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Willingness to travel to the Netherlands for a 3-day Knowledge Transfer training.

- Reliable and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Able to work independently.
- Previous field support experience is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: 1,389.91€ - 3,075.73€ per month
