Key responsibilities:




- Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage
- Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes
