Blanca Bikes is looking for a passionate and motivated Bike Shop Manager to take charge of our Benidorm location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Spain's leading premium road bike rental companies and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As the Bike Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Benidorm shop. You'll welcome customers, prepare and maintain our fleet of premium road bikes, manage rentals, and ensure the shop operates smoothly every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Benidorm shop.
- Prepare, service and maintain our premium road bike fleet.
- Welcome customers and assist with bike collections and returns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
- Keep the shop and workshop clean, organised and well-stocked.
- Carry out safety checks before every rental.
- Coordinate with our workshop and operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a bike mechanic.
- A passion for cycling and excellent attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential; Spanish would be a strong advantage.
- A full driving licence.
- Previous retail or bike rental experience would be beneficial.
