For one of our main clients located in Madrid, Omnitel is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with broad expertise across paid media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across digital platforms, including CTV, Social, Display, and Video. The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale media campaigns that drive brand growth and business impact. General Data: * Type of contract: Indefinite * Hours: 09:00h - 18: 00h (40 hours) * Location: Madrid- Spain Hybrid * Annual Gross Salary: 35K-37K * Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. * Manage media budgets to maximize result. * Act as a key client contact, providing strategic recommendations and campaign insights. * Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities.



* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and media innovations. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a media agency. * Strong hands-on expertise in digital paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic). * Proven experience in client services and direct client management. * Versatile profile with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. * Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. * Fluent in English. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
