YOUR CHALLENGES *As a Junior IT Operations Specialist, your mission will be :
Application Monitoring:* * Monitor the UPH solution’s daily performance via Dynatrace tool, server health, and batch jobs to ensure maximum uptime.
Incident Management:* * Act as the first line of technical support (Level 1/2) to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs, performance lags, or user-reported technical issues using ServiceNow
