DESCRIPTIONYou will join the multicultural and multidisciplinary IM Integration & Digital Technologies team, which actively contributes to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Workload Automation platform based on the Control-M tool suite.



The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.
~*Platform Operations: Ensure the proper real-time monitoring and operation of the Control-M production plan, working in close collaboration with related subcontractors.
~ Incident Management: Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting job failures, analyzing logs/Sysout, and performing recovery actions to meet operational SLAs.
~ Collaboration: Work with the IM Security team to ensure that automation standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and compliance.
~ Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical focal point for all actors involved in the batch processing ecosystem.
~ Business Process Owners & App Teams
~ IM Security & Project Managers

Degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
~ Control-M Expertise: Strong experience in Workload Automation (V9.X or higher), including Monitoring, Planning, and Configuration.
