As our Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer, you will be the technical engine of our sales cycle. Working hand-in-hand with our sales team, you will lead high-impact product demonstrations, drive successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and show integral prospects how our AI-driven solution solves their most critical security challenges.
RedCarbon, Cybersecurity company working in Security Operations world has built since 2020, a team of AI Virtual Analysts to help SOC to analyze Alarms. The philosophy is to help Cybersecurity SOC team with a virtual team that can help Humans in quantity and quality supporting in Triage Level 1 analysis but also in Level 2 investigations, Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Audit and Compliance (NIS 2 & more). RedCarbon doesn't Detect and Remediate it is vertical on Analysis.
Product Feedback Loop: Act as the strategic link between the market and our engineering team,
translating customer feedback into core product features.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (experience with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or threat intelligence is a major plus).
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) with a proven ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business stakeholders.
Legal: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
