We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in IT support across mixed office and manufacturing environments to support global plant IT systems and business applications. This hybrid role based in Noblejas, Spain, involves providing tactical IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets, and collaborating with global IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on IT support and follow-up for end users with hardware, software, phones, and network equipment
Diagnose, repair, install, and upgrade supported IT systems following standard procedures
Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets efficiently using service management tools, ensuring SLA compliance
Support a variety of devices including computers, printers, servers, conference room systems, and network-connected plant equipment
Deploy new hardware, software,



and processes to support general IT projects and lifecycle replacements
Communicate clearly with end users during troubleshooting and resolution to maintain ownership of issues
Provide flexible support availability, including participating in 24x7 on-call rotations as needed
Document troubleshooting and repair activities accurately
Collaborate with global IT teams and business units in individual and group meetings
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT or technical support roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades
Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) and ticketing systems
Strong communication skills to effectively support and interact with end users
Familiarity with network equipment, printers, servers, and conference room technology is a plus
