Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Establish and maintain service quality standards.
Define, monitor and report operational KPIs and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
Facilities Management
Coordinate external suppliers and contractors.
Supervise facility improvement projects and capital investments.
Act as a brand ambassador for the Club.
General Management
Introduce management dashboards and operational KPIs.




Efficiently execute facility investment and improvement projects.
Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced operations executive with a strong track record of leading customer‑focused organisations where service excellence is a key competitive advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in senior operational leadership positions.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
Professional level of English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international members and visitors.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays whenever required by the Club’s operations.
