Our client is delivering a large-scale Salesforce programme covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Conga. The programme is currently halfway through delivery, and they need a Solution Architect with a strong Service Cloud focus to join the team on a hands-on basis, working alongside the wider delivery team from design through to build.
Own solution design for the Service Cloud workstream within the wider Salesforce programme.
Work hands-on in Salesforce, building and configuring alongside the development team, not just producing design documentation.
Collaborate with the wider project team across the other clouds in scope (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Conga)
to keep the solution coherent end to end.
Support delivery through to the end of the engagement in March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
Strong, hands-on Service Cloud experience.
Experience working as part of a wider delivery team on a large, multi-cloud Salesforce programme.
