Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. Application management (Maintenance and Support, SLA, Incident-, Problem-, Release/Test-, Risk-Mgmt, Documentation)
Business Analysis, Solution Design and implementation/deployment of Changes/Enhancements in cooperation with the software vendor
Implementation and Testing of Product Releases
Project assignments (Data migrations, impact analysis)
Sound knowledge of MS Windows Server environments and ETL Tools, MS SQL, reporting and scripting




Experience with end-of-day processing (AWA), communication between applications and modern interfaces (APIs, IBM MQ)
Confident interaction with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT infrastructure
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Service Owner, Application Responsible or a similar role
Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset in our multicultural environment
