We’re looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our reception team and help create a fantastic first impression for everyone who visits us. If so, this could be the perfect role for you.As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the centre, welcoming customers, supporting enquiries and helping people access everything from memberships and bookings to swimming lessons and activities. You’ll play an important part in creating a warm, professional and inclusive experience for our customers from the moment they arrive.This is a varied and rewarding role in a busy leisure environment, where no two days are quite the same.



The centre is open 7 days a week from 6.00am – 10.00pm, so applicants must be able to work a set pattern that includes evenings and weekends, with some flexibility to cover annual leave or absence when needed.In return, you’ll join a supportive team, receive full training and have opportunities to build your skills across the centre.
