Supermicro is looking for a Sr. Solution Architect to drive cloud management requirements for Supermicro Enterprise customers. In this role, the idóneo candidate should be able to demonstrate the building of architectural design blueprints, identify gaps in technology, test, troubleshoot and implement complex software management solutions.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.





The successful applicant should be experienced in data center operations, IT risk assessment, with a strong understanding of life cycle management for AI factories.

Familiarity with virtualization frameworks, networking, server system management, digital infrastructure and Liquid Cooled operations are mandatory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience for Supermicro solutions

Develop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, surveys, process flow improvement and runbooks.

Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams.

Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate customer needs and requirements.

Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvem
