THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre founding team at an early and defining stage of the firm's growth. As Senior Analyst / Associate, you will be the primary analytical resource for the investment team owning financial underwriting, leading due diligence processes, and contributing directly to asset management and investor reporting.




You will work directly alongside the founding partners on every transaction, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle in a way that is simply not possible at a larger institution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment
▪ Lead financial modelling and underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunities, including DCF analysis, development appraisals, and capital structure waterfalls
▪ Prepare investment committee memoranda and deal summaries, presenting a clear recommendation with supporting analysis
