Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for cutting-edge consumer electronics products.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding device functionality and software troubleshooting.
Maintain deep product knowledge to guide users through the features of the latest electronics hardware.




Ensure an exceptional customer experience that upholds the reputation of our general electronics client.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service history.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical cases related to home electronics and mobile devices.
Contribute to a positive and professional environment focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong affinity for consumer electronics and modern technology trends.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in an international office environment and adapt to new digital tools.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered an advantage for these jobs in Greece.
