Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support and security consultations to clients regarding their cybersecurity software suites.

Assist Swedish-speaking users in troubleshooting complex cybersecurity platform issues with precision and care.




Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and resolution workflows in accordance with company protocols.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the cybersecurity industry to provide informed, cutting-edge support.
Collaborate with international technical teams to escalate and resolve complex system breaches or security alerts.
Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic communication to clients navigating sensitive digital security matters.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest or experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in an on-site, high-performance office environment in Athens.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team.
