Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Swedish Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria to ensure a safe and engaging online environment for users across Nordic markets. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and review user-generated content to ensure it complies with social media platform guidelines and legal standards.
Maintain a high level of quality while identifying potential risks, hate speech, or harmful material within the Swedish digital community.




Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation strategies and improve community safety features.
Stay updated on changing social media policies and cultural trends relevant to the Swedish market.
Document and report emerging patterns or high-risk content to relevant internal departments for immediate escalation.
Ensure an optimal and safe user experience by moderating video, image, and text-based posts.
Participate in regular workshops focused on continuous improvement within the social media moderation sector.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content in a professional manner.
A genuine interest in the social media industry and digital trends.
Previous experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles is considered a strong asset.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
