We are currently building a select team of ambitious professionals who want to develop their career in the luxury real estate market of Mallorca.

Role Description
As a Luxury Real Estate Advisor, you will represent Gestprivilege in the premium property market, working with high-value properties and international clients while being supported by an established company with strong infrastructure and market presence. This role is idóneo for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build a successful career in one of Europe’s most prestigious real estate destinations.

· Identify and acquire quality properties through active prospecting




· Build long-term relationships with property owners and buyers
· Guide clients professionally throughout the entire sales process
· Conduct property viewings and present luxury listings
· Negotiate and successfully close real estate transactions

Your Profile
· Experience in real estate, sales, business development or client advisory
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Highly organized and capable of working independently
· Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and discipline
· Spanish required
· Additional languages are highly valued, particularly English, German, Swedish
