Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review social media content to ensure compliance with platform safety policies and community standards.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks or harmful content on a global social media platform.
Deliver high-quality analytical reports regarding platform safety trends and user behavioral patterns.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols and escalation procedures.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced social media operational environment.
Apply linguistic and cultural expertise in Swedish to interpret nuanced content accurately.
Stay updated on evolving trends and safety challenges within the digital and social media landscape.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills in English and Swedish.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and integrate into our diverse international team.
