Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality omnichannel support (email, chat, and phone) for Swedish-speaking customers.
Resolve complex inquiries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores within the Customer Support Services industry.
Maintain detailed customer interaction records using professional CRM systems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or billing issues promptly.
Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering a premium, empathetic, and solution-oriented service experience.
Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
Stay updated on product knowledge and internal support procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
