Key Responsibilities
Provide premium advisory services to customers navigating both online and offline retail storefronts.
Resolve complex order inquiries, returns, and inventory questions with a retail-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent quality service that elevates the customer’s retail journey.




Assist clients with technical navigation of the digital store interface to maximize online retail conversion.
Maintain detailed customer interaction logs to support continuous improvement in the retail service cycle.
Collaborate with international teams to share insights on Swedish market consumer behavior and retail trends.
Handle escalated retail customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
A customer-centric attitude with a passion for the retail industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for a professional office environment.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Swedish Speaking Online Store Advisor position in Bulgaria.
