The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into high-quality functional designs across Fluidra’s global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud.

This role works as a senior contributor within the Global Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting the general template, ensuring consistency across regions, and driving alignment between business needs and Salesforce capabilities.

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst reports to the Global Salesforce Functional Lead and acts as a key partner to business process owners, technical teams, and implementation partners, ensuring scalable, standardized, and high-quality solutions across the entire Lead-to-Cash and Service lifecycle.

Main Assignments

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Fluidra’s global Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud).




Support the definition and evolution of the global Salesforce template, promoting standardization, scalability, and reuse across regions and business units.
Translate business needs into clear functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce-related initiatives.
Contribute to the alignment between Salesforce capabilities and global business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Issue-to-Resolution, Field Service, Customer Engagement).
Engage directly with global business stakeholders and process owners to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to map business needs to standardized Salesforce solutions.
Promote standardized, value-driven solutions and challenge unnecessary local customizations.
Contribute to the Salesforce functional roadmap by providing analysis, options, and recommendations.
