The Role
This is a new role: the go-to person for FP&A; (financial planning & analysis) across every entity, and the analytical backbone of the group end to end.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Data, you'll own the full budget cycle, cash management, and forecasting across the Carlo Group, and be a key partner to our executive team — giving them the data and insight they need to decide fast.
This is not a pure accounting role. It's analytical, strategic, and business-facing,

What You'll Do
? Own the budget cycle across all entities
You'll lead the annual budget process for Carlo App, Carlo Core, and Carl — building bottom-up models per entity, consolidating at group level, and tracking budget vs. actuals monthly with clear variance analysis. When things deviate, you propose solutions, not just flag the gap.
? Manage cash and treasury
You'll manage intercompany cash flows and short-term liquidity, coordinate with payment partners on float and settlement, and find ways to optimise working capital across the group.

You'll produce monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; forecasts per entity and consolidated, maintain the group financial model, prepare board reporting packs, and build dashboards giving executives a r
