We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Swedish Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant capital of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers in the Swedish language within a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
Analyze complex customer inquiries and implement effective, professional solutions to ensure service excellence.




Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in the CRM system to track and optimize service performance.
