Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end reservation requests for international travelers, ensuring a seamless car rental experience.
Provide high-quality support to Swedish-speaking clients, resolving inquiries regarding vehicle availability and travel documentation.




Coordinate with global rental agencies to ensure logistics meet the premium standards of the travel industry.
Process rental agreements, insurance packages, and amendments with precision and attention to detail.
Deliver consultative sales advice, recommending vehicle classes that align with the specific travel needs of our clients.
Maintain comprehensive customer records to track rental history and improve future travel planning.
Navigate complex travel industry software to provide real-time updates and inventory management.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional service standards.
Proficiency in computer systems and digital communication tools.
