About the Role
The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR will engage prospects who have shown interest in Amenitiz, identifying their needs, educating them on the product, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently.
Your Mission
Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to assess fit.
Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates.
Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting.
Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements.
Track key metrics to improve response times, conversion rates, and efficiency.
About you




~1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
~ Strong communication and active listening skills, with a consultative approach.
~ Native proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
~ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
~ Results-driven, motivated by goals, and eager to exceed expectations.
~ Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
~ Hospitality expert and competition knowledge
