Salary: Circa £52,000 depending on experience

Job Description:
You will play a key role in leading procurement and contracting activities across construction and infrastructure projects forming part of a long-term, 10-year investment programme.
Working closely with internal stakeholders including engineering, SHE ,



quality and project teams, you will lead the development and implementation of procurement approaches across defined work packages, balancing cost, risk, programme requirements and buildability, while driving value through the supply chain.
You will lead procurement activities including tendering, commercial evaluation and supplier engagement, supporting successful delivery of construction packages and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
Core duties:
- Develop and deliver procurement strategies for construction and infrastructure works, including civils, building and associated packages
- Lead end-to-end procurement of construction packages, including market engagement, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract award
- Work alongside project and engineering teams to align procurement activities with programme milestones, cost plans and delivery priorities
- Lead supplier and contractor negot
