Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Development Consultancy
team in Madrid, Spain. Our adecuado candidate will have technical background and
good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation.

Role accountabilities:

As a member of our Development Consultancy team (Technical Advisory) the tasks
to be performed include:

* Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due
diligences/project supervision in real estate transactions.
* Analysis of risks in the day-to-day running of buildings.
* Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal
non-conformities.




* Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide a high level of
client service.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Architecture.
* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (Background in consultancy is
really valuable)
* Full professional English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is a
must
* Valid driver's license.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
* Availability for site visits and client meetings across Spain.
* Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client
expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
* Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
