Salary: £53,540 - £57,250

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams across a diverse portfolio of services, from customer-facing digital products to internal services that support the wider ambitions of Companies House.

As Senior Product Manager you will play a key role in the design, delivery and management of Companies House Products and Services. You will:
- Take ownership of the direction, priorities and outcomes for one or more products or services, making sure they meet user needs and support Companies House objectives.
- Lead product work from Discovery through delivery, helping teams understand problems, identify opportunities and focus on delivering value.
- Work with Service Owners, Service Managers, Senior Responsible Owners and other stakeholders to shape the service vision, agree priorities, plan improvements and develop future roadmaps.
- Use evidence from user feedback, research, data and service performance to make decisions and improve products and services.
