Your role
As a Digital Solutions Architect & Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how Symrise uses AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation to solve real business challenges. You will take ownership of the architecture and technical delivery of enterprise-scale solutions,



turning ideas and business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready applications that deliver measurable impact.
This is a senior individual contributor role where you will combine hands-on engineering with solution architecture and technical leadership. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, platform teams, IT, cybersecurity, and external partners to take AI solutions from initial use case definition through to production and adoption.
A key part of the role will also be taking ownership of RPA and intelligent automation, bringing greater governance, structure, and scalability to existing and future automation solutions. You will help establish standards and best practices while ensuring that AI and automation are integrated into a broader, sustainable digital transformation strategy.
