The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service specialistwho will support the team with
Customer Service
Telephone Answering unit
Order management
Direct contact with transportation agencies, track shipments
Incidents management orders / shipping
Maintenance and updating databases
Pre notice to customers before they detect the incidence
Returns management, updating databases
The Person
Operative and communicative
Person with ability to work in team
Ability to listen and transmit customer information
Kindness in the treatment of others
Person with capacity to assume criticisms and adapt to new procedures
Good level in Excel
Knowledge of other software’s (ESKER, EDICOM)
SAP knowledge
Experience in customer service and management of incidents
