As an IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of BYD Iberia’s IT systems. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, enabling smooth operations and supporting innovation across the organization.

Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A;, providing training to key users;
Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading,



optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department .

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
Native or professional proficiency in Chinese a strong plus.
