The Product Manager will become a member of the Marketing Team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication activities, projects and campaigns for the Specialty Brands and Branded Generics therapeutic areas.

The Role
Job Responsibilities:

Participation in the definition of the SBs local marketing plan and its implementation.
Adaptation of promotional materials provided by General to the local market. Development of new marketing materials (printed and digital) according to local needs. Cooperation and close contact with marketing agencies in the development of materials and assets.
Support external & internal communications (manage website updates, press releases, internal communication activities and campaigns)
Contribute to the organisation of national congresses and other events, such as meetings at regional/local level and clinical sessions with HCPs.
Support sales force training of new launches and current products through market research and scientific reviews that support sales teams (different uses of each molecule in real clinical practice,



competitors’ analysis…).
Participation in internal EMENA meetings and reporting in English.
Slide deck preparation and support with presentations for internal and external use.
Marketing expenses control, support in budget preparation and follow-up versus budget.

Portfolio Strategy & Management
Independently manage the Urology portfolio and lead launches, optimizing resources and prioritizing market opportunities in line with lifecycle and commercial objectives.
Define and adapt global and local brand campaigns, ensuring compliance, local relevance, and alignment with international guidelines.
Contribute to annual budget planning, providing strategic insights and ensuring efficient execution of financial plans.
