? About the Role
We are looking for an SDR Intern to help scale Sortlist in the Spanish market. This is a 6-month paid internship based in our Madrid office, where you’ll generate the pipeline that powers our growth in Spain. ?
Your mission: identify the Spanish agencies that should be on Sortlist, open the conversation, qualify their needs, and hand over meeting-ready opportunities to our Spanish Account Executive. You won’t carry a closing quota — you own the top of the funnel, and you own it fully.

Spain is one of Sortlist’s strongest markets. We have an established client base, a brand that agencies already recognise, and a rich ecosystem of service providers who are a natural fit for our platform.
We are now looking to build on that success to unlock the next stage of growth.
There are many more Spanish agencies who would get real value out of Sortlist than we currently speak to, and this role is how we reach them. You’ll be the one opening those conversations: spotting the agencies with genuine potential, getting them curious, and qualifying them so that every meeting you pass on to our Spanish AE is a meeting worth having. You open, they close.
It’s a specialised seat right at the front of the funnel, and it’s where the growth of the whole market starts. Every opportunity Spain creates next year begins with a conversation someone in this role started.
