As we continue expanding our portfolio, we’re looking for a 3D Animator who can create expressive, memorable character animations while owning the technical side of the animation pipeline - from rigging and Unity integration to optimization and production workflows.

Own the animation pipeline for one or more projects.
Create high-quality stylized character animations.
Integrate animations into Unity.
Configure Animation Controllers, State Machines and gameplay events.
Implement technical animation solutions (IK, Ragdolls, secondary motion).
Improve animation workflows, tools and production efficiency.
B2 English (spoken and written).
~3+ years of experience as a 3D Animator in game development.
~ Solid experience with Unity animation workflows :
~ Animation Controllers
~ Animation Events




~ Strong knowledge of rigging, skinning, skeletal animation, and BlendShapes .
Experience creating expressive stylized character animations with strong posing, timing, and readability.
Experience integrating, debugging, and optimizing animations in Unity.
Good understanding of technical animation :
Physics-driven animation
Understanding of animation optimization and performance constraints for real-time games.
Ability to own animation tasks independently and collaborate effectively with Artists, Designers, and Developers.
Facial animation pipeline experience beyond BlendShapes.
Ability to review animation quality and provide constructive feedback.
Unity Animation Rigging package experience.
Experience supervising outsource animation teams.
Experience with procedural animation systems.
Basic scripting (C#) for animation workflows and tooling.
