About You
In one of our supply chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include:
Support the development,



deployment and continuous improvement of Arbex’s global Industrial Hygiene strategy, standards, tools, risk reduction plans and performance targets.
Lead and coordinate IH risk assessment activities across sites, including exposure to noise, enzymes, hazardous materials, heat stress, ergonomic stressors, biological agents and other workplace health hazards.
Develop, maintain and support implementation of general IH standards and guidance, ensuring alignment with applicable legal requirements, industry practice and Arbex expectations.
Ensure exposure monitoring data is collected, reviewed, analysed and used to inform risk decisions, corrective actions, assurance activities and leadership reporting.
Build IH competence across site EHS teams, OH professionals and business stakeholders
Provide technical IH support for incidents, exposure concerns and investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning an
