Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams, supporting engineers from graduate through senior levels and helping engineering managers build strong, high-performing teams.
Establish and promote effective engineering practices, development processes, performance standards, and a culture of technical excellence.
Own and drive product development roadmaps across commercial systems, ensuring priorities, delivery plans, and engineering outcomes remain aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership across services supporting billing, contracts, customer operations, and Linux security, while ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
