As part of our continued growth and commercial evolution, we are looking for a Global Software Sales Director to lead the sales organization of our Software Business Unit.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially strong and thoughtful leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on understanding of how to build customer value, develop teams, and drive sustainable growth. You will lead our global commercial organization with a focus on strategic account development, growth within existing customers, and the ongoing evolution toward cloud and platform sales.

you will help shape the next phase of our software business by strengthening commercial excellence across regions, deepening executive-level customer relationships, and aligning sales efforts closely with marketing, product management, and partnerships.

The regional sales managers and their account manager teams
Sales Enablement, including Sales Engineering and Sales Operations
This role requires a strong commercial leader with experience in our industry or a closely related one, a relevant customer network, and a proven track record in strategic account development, key account growth, software sales transformation, and sales process implementation.
