This is a senior in-house legal role supporting a fast-growing technology business across the EMEA region and beyond.
The position is centered on complex SaaS commercial contracting, partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to help accelerate business growth.
You will also advise on privacy, intellectual property, employment, cybersecurity, corporate matters, and product-related legal topics.
The role offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to lead cross-functional legal projects and shape policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, People, Partners, Finance, and external counsel.
Working in a fully remote and international environment, you will contribute to both regional priorities and broader general legal initiatives.

Accountabilities
Lead the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of SaaS enterprise sales agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service, and other commercial contracts, enabling sales teams to close business efficiently and confidently.
Partner closely with enterprise sales and other commercial stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice throughout the sales cycle.
Review and negotiate partnership, procurement, marketing, and other strategic commercial agreements across the EMEA region and, where required, globally.
Advise internal stakeholders on data privacy, intellectual property, information security, corporate matters, and broader business risk mitigation.
Provide legal guidance on employment and labor law matters and lead relevant HR-related legal projects.
