Accountabilities
Lead the execution of CRM campaigns and customer engagement programmes across multiple channels using modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Configure and customize Braze or comparable platforms to translate agreed strategies, customer journeys, and campaign plans into effective solutions.
Build, launch, and continuously optimize targeted campaigns using segmentation, personalization, automation, and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with CRM strategists, project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure seamless alignment between strategy and execution.
Manage and analyze customer data to support audience targeting, campaign performance, personalization, and optimization.
