Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Service Coordinator & Contract Manager to manage service contracts for Drives, Motors, Generators, and ABB AbilityTM digital solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled, coordinating the execution of service activities, optimizing the utilization of technical resources, and delivering excellent customer experience while driving continuous improvement across service operations.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You're main responsibilities would include:
- Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring compliance with all commitments and KPI targets (Churn Rate, COPQ, NPS). Analyze performance, identify risks proactively, and provide technical input to shape contract strategy.
- Coordinate service execution across technical activities, efficiently allocating qualified FSEs with required certifications and ensuring all on-site safety and operational requirements are properly managed.
- Optimize technical resources and productivity by monitoring FSE utilization, maintaining competency standards, and driving process improvements aligned with First Time Right principles.
- Develop strategic customer partnerships by maintaining transparent communication, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and contract growth.
