In this Senior Litigation Lawyer role, you will lead complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions and shape litigation strategy to protect HBX Group’s interests. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and coordinate global external counsel, ensuring cost discipline and consistent quality. The role blends legal risk management with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll partner with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive proactive dispute assessments and end-to-end case management, contributing to HBX’s tech-driven, data-informed approach. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts,



and risk exposure
• Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control
• Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements)
• Provide early-stage dispute assessments including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability
• Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial)
• Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management
• Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when required

Responsabilidades
• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years' litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house)
• Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
