Quality Improvement & Issue ClosureInvestigate customer quality complaints by coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D;, manufacturing, supply chain) for root cause analysis and corrective actions.Drive end-to-end closure of customer quality issues, evaluate effectiveness of improvement measures, and promote preventive actions across the organization.3. Warranty & Claim ManagementManage quality-related claims including confirmation, appeal, transfer, and internal accountability tracking.Lead responsibility identification and claim transfer for market repair costs,

Market Quality Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze key market quality indicators such as field failure rate and negative list metrics.Compile monthly and annual after-sales quality reports to support management decision-making.Maintain issue list management mechanism for dynamic monitoring and early warning.5.
