In this role, you steer strategic commercial transformation across Europe to improve how we engage customers and empower sales teams, accelerating sustainable growth. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The role combines analytics, cross‑functional coordination, and field insights to keep initiatives relevant and impactful. • Lead deployment of strategic commercial transformation programs across Europe (digital and non-digital)
• Partner with regional leadership, country teams, and general stakeholders for alignment and execution
• Define implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and monitor progress against objectives
• Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness and sales force performance
• Travel with field sales teams to gather customer/ frontline insights and ensure relevance of initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
