Your missions?
• Manage penetration testing projects from request to completion.
• Contribute to Offensive Security projects through technical implementation and coding.
• Support Red Team activities, threat emulation and simulated attack scenarios.
• Work closely with Blue Teams to identify security gaps and improve defensive capabilities.
• Work with EASM and define the scope of vulnerability scanning activities.
• Build automation to improve penetration testing and vulnerability management processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve existing processes and identify new initiatives for the security roadmap.
• Build and design detection processes within Vulnerability Management.

Your profile?
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong experience in Red Team,



penetration testing or offensive security.
• Hands-on knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, threat emulation and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience working with EASM, vulnerability scanning and security automation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical, coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both Offensive and Defensive Security teams.
Nice to have:
• Experience with application, network or infrastructure penetration testing.
• Experience contributing to security tooling, automation or scripting projects.
