You will receive hands‑on training on products, services, and technical support processes. The role supports the development of troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. You will work closely with senior technical experts and cross‑functional teams. It aims to prepare you for future roles within Technical Service. The position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12-month training program on technical products and service processes




- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Learn and apply diagnostic tools and technical methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Assist in customer communication and follow‑up
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service optimization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s xqbhyrx degree in Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and systems
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
