In this role you will oversee outsourcing and coordinate Cell Therapy Enterprise activities across preclinical portfolio projects. You will ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality, while driving adoption of tools and processes. You’ll contribute to developing and enhancing project management tools and ensure business continuity in scientific project delivery. You will tackle complex problems across projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and impact in patient-focused therapies.

• Oversee outsourcing of preclinical Cell Therapy Enterprise activities within project timelines and budget
• Provide project management support to cell therapy portfolio projects
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to create a positive project environment
• Promote correct scheduling, risk/opportunity management, reporting, and resource/cost control
• Collaborate with Cell Therapy PSL on non-clinical internal resources
• Support design and interpretation of cross-functional project plans
• Drive development and implementation of new PM strategies and tools
• Act as technical owner with deep process and systems knowledge
• Lead and implement globally agreed Scientific Project Management strategies
• Communicate new processes to project teams and update procedures
• Keep knowledge of best practices up to date
• Contribute to developing and sharing new procedures, tools or techniques
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in Scientific Project Management
• Knowledge of legislation and developments around Project, Change, Business Improvement and Scientific Project Management
• Experience as a project or change manager in a pharmaceutical or clinical environment
• Ability to apply statis
