What we look for? We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Spain (Madrid or remote within Spain).

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions while leading a team of engineers and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems
* Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices




* Mentor engineers through code reviews, guidance, and technical leadership
* Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to define solutions
* Ensure high-quality code via testing, reviews, and best practices adherence
* Drive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
* Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability
* Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of development work
* Promote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration Mandatory requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
* Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
* Solid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
